Nicole Fleming, APRN, FNP-BC

Ms. Fleming earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science and Bachelor’s in Nursing from Cleveland State University, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She has six years of experience as an Emergency Room nurse, one year as an ER assistant manager, and one year in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). In 2023, she was honored with the Daisy Award in recognition of her compassionate care. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Fleming is qualified to care for patients across the lifespan. She is passionate about focusing on the foundations of health and treating disease at its root cause to promote long-term wellness.

Joseph Knable, MSW, LSW

Mr. Knable is passionate about helping children, teens, and others navigate mental health challenges and thrive. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Joseph specializes in child and adolescent mental health and trauma-informed therapy and is trained in CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and EMDR. He serves students in Sandusky schools.
