In-person care Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Affordable Dental Care for Everyone
Family Health Services accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurances. We also use a sliding fee scale for eligible patients that live on limited resources.

What If I Don’t Have Insurance?
No worries, just bring in your financial information, and we’ll determine if you qualify for our sliding fee scale, designed to make dental care more affordable for you and your family. Whatever amount you qualify for will be due on the day of your appointment.
